Hello RobotShop!
My boyfriend just bought a mamibot robot vacuum cleaner PREVAC 650-2. It arrived yesterday. After charging it, I order it to autoclean so after maybe 20-25 minutes, It was stucked under a very little table that i was sure it wasn’t entering under. Unfortunately, i didn’t saw a shop receit hidden under it and it got stucked in the main brush. The Mamibot then stopped and show an error3 (main brush problem) so i removed the receit immediately. The Mamibot still think there’s something in stucked but the brushes are absolutely fine. I removed the brushes and cleaned them (removed any hair in it) put it back in their place but again the mamibot is still showing error 3 even after putting it on and off. The mamibot don’t want to clean because of this error 3 and it’s not even a day old!!!
Can you help me with that problem please?
