Epoxy inlays with CNC router

I teach woodwork and im looking at using fusion 360 designs to router out shapes to then do epoxy inlays. Many are tabletops that are 20" wide and 48" long. The designs to CNC are usually 1 foot by 2 foot in size.
Will the xxl shapeoko be good for my students ?

The Shapeoko XXL has these specs:

Cutting Area 33"(X) x 33"(Y) x 4"(Z)
Footprint 50" (X), 41" (Y), 19" (Z)

Which should be enough for your designs but may not fit on your tabletops.

The Shapeoko XL:

Cutting Area 33"(X) x 17.5"(Y) x 4"(Z)
Footprint 50" (X), 24" (Y), 19" (Z)

This could also be enough for your designs but may not fit on your tabletops.
