Entry step mat missing

I bought a Litter-Robot 3 and an open air ramp. I expeted it to come with the samll carpet Step Mat but the mat was not included. Is this normal?

Yes, the ramp comes without rubber mat (it is noted also on our website).

You should move rubber mat from the waste drawer to your ramp.

The trouble is that there is no rubber mat at all!
