about the chassis of the distance sensors, it based on this bracket:

it can be used either for ultrasonic distance sensor.
can be seen on those pictures:




That’s a bracket people would love to make using their 3D printers.
You might want to make it available for download and gain notoriety.

there are two parts that i designed especially for this hexapod:

  1. holder for distance sensors(ultrasonic or infrared).
  2. Surface for 9V battery holder.
