Engine governing

I am fitting an electronic governor to a Honda G300 engine. Generating set.
Using a GAC ESD5111 governor controller, which puts out a PWM signal at 12v DC 10 amps maximum
Very little force needed to open and close carburettor butterfly.
Considered using RB-Esm-10 motor.
Does anybody know if it will work
A linear actuator would fit more easily (needing about 1 to 2 inches travel)

This would still be considered a hobby grade gear motor, so its use in a vehicle is not known (temperature variations, humidity, water etc.
The PWM signal you have does not really work with the brushed / brushless controllers we sell, which operate at 5V.
We sell linear actuators, but you would have the same issue - they are hobby grade (and don’t travel too quickly):

Normally for automotive use, the components sold by third party manufacturers have been tested thoroughly.
