Encoder used in CubeMars GL30+?

Hi,

What encoder is used in the CubeMars GL30 gimbal motor sold with integral encoder? There are six wires, so I’m assuming some kind of SPI interfaced position encoder.

Replying to my own message, but info for anyone else going down the same path…

The encoder is AS5048A, which is the SPI version. Connections are:

white - CSn
blue - CLK
green - MISO
yellow - MOSI
red - VDD5V
black - GND
