I am looking for tires ~1" in OD 3/4" id 7/16"
Metric OD 25.2mm ID 19.48mm Width 11.41mm
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If you don’t find any, try to find 3mm thick foamrubber (eg. mousepad) and cut them yourself.
