Emlid rs + gps gnss receiver

i have a new unit that I purchased direct from Emlid. I need to reflash/re-initialize it but the online instructions do not work. They told me to SSH it but that did not work either. Right now it is locked up with no wifi signal.

Do you service these receivers? Can I send it to you for repair?
