Hello,
Does RobotShop or Robotis have a spreadsheet for all of the specs for each servo (such as what Parallax does with their Basic Stamps) which shows each servo and how their cost, torques, operating voltages, precision etc. compare? It might make it easier deciding which one to choose especially since they’re a heavy investment. Specifically, I just can’t decide between the MX-28 or the RX-28. For former has more resolution which is more important than the torque, but I’d still would like to have my cake and eat it too. Robotis sell any servos that have both high resolution and torque?
Thanks
Man thanks a lot you guys are ridiculous. That’s why I got my brother to start buying from RobotShop.
I’ve been checking out each motor and is it a typo for the EX-106+ in the “Minimum control angle” box? It says it has a accuracy of 0.06 degrees with 4096 steps, but for the MX-28 it also has 4096 steps but 0.088 degree accuracy?
Ok thanks a lot.
That’s the data we have from the manufacturer:
Minimum Control Angle: About 0.06 x 4,096
The operating range is 251 and in wheel mode it’s endless.
Different components can certainly give different operating conditions.
If you think it’s definitely wrong, we can contact the manufacturer to check.
