Dustproof potentiometer

Hello all,

I am looking for an infinite rotation potentiometer of 5K that is dustproof to be used outdoors. The one I currently have gets clogged by dust and hair that gets inside and blocks the rotation, even after just few hours of use. Even when I clean it (which is hard to do), it starts working for few hours and then gets blocked again.
