Hello @Slap_190,

Welcome to RobotShop community.

We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Litter-Robot.

Please provide us with your order number or a copy of the invoice.

Are you using the original adapter and plugging it directly into the wall?

Please check the magnets inside the globe, you can do this by putting any metallic object on these two areas circled in red and see if the magnets will attract it or not:

Awaiting your reply.

Bonjour/Hi,

My invoice Number is 1047961 and i received it 2020-12-10.
Initially, it wasn’t plugged in the wall, but now i move it to be plugged directly.

I tried to check the magnet and i did find attraction ont both, top and bottom of the globe.

But, when I checked the attraction with a quarter, the bottom one did a sound like that the magnet was loose.

The problem i’ve experiment is only to find the dump, not the home position.

It’s the first trouble i got since 2 months but i sure will need your help to correct it.

Sincrerely,

Simon L.
