Drum construction faulty

There is a noticeable clunk when the drum rotates during each cycle.IT IS DUE TO A 6 MILLIMETER shoulder at the seam of the two halves of the drum. How can this be repaired or replaced to prevent excessive wear on the motor or drive wheel in the robot

Hi @ronmccaffrey,

I guess you are talking about Litter Robot. Which version do you have? Litter Robot 3 Open Air?

If so, please remove the globe and check the black gear connected to the motor. When you press on the black gear with your finger, does it seem loose or free‐spinning? If so, please follow the instructions for tightening the set screw, here:

When replacing the globe onto the base, make certain that the track around the outside of the globe is properly aligned into the groove on the base.
