Driver not installing

A robot we previously had working perfectly fine is now unable to install the driver. Why are these robots so non user friendly? We continue to have multiple problems with these robots.

Very disheartening and concerning that we continue to have MAJOR ISSUES which is stalling the learning process.

Very unhappy with your product.

You mentioned previously being able to control the arm here. We assume you still have this setup working? As for drivers, you can find those here.
