I want to control 2 motors. 24 V DC permanent magnet motors, 200W each from a electric wheelchair, preferibily with a Raspberry pi (PWM). I would like to know if the cytron MDDS30 is adqueate for this task.

Welcome back to our forum.
Cytron MDDS30 can support motor voltage from 7V to 35VDC. Also, it can support maximum current up to 80A peak (1 second), 30A continuously, each channel.
Since you have 24VDC 200W motor, nominal current would be around 8A so MDDS30 is more than enough.
Also, MDDS30 supports RC, Analog/PWM, Serial Simplified and Serial Packetized so you should be able to control it via Raspberry Pi.
