Drive a shaft with FS90R?

Hi all!

New here… Hoping someone can help :slight_smile: .

I’ve searched everywhere to find a shaft adapter for the FS90R with a 21 tooth spline. My goal is to drive a worm gear, so the shaft has to be a standard size that I can find a worm gear for (maybe a worm gear with a set screw?). I see lots of shaft adapters and couplers for 24T and 25T splines, but nothing for an FS90R! Are there any solutions out there? Failing that - any hints on creating a DIY shaft adapter for this servo?

No easy solution since the output spline is not standard. If the torque is low, you can try to custom make one using Polymorph:
