Drawing on modules

Hi

New with Flowbotics Studio and been experimenting. Been trying to recreate the setup at p.124 of the User Guide Graphical Programming Language (see attached Flowbotics.jpg picture). I can’t get the shape to draw on the front panel. Can you give me a hint? If I understand correctly, anything that is connected to the MGUI view output (right-hand side of MGUI) should be displayed on the front panel

Also, at p.155 & 159, the video output of the Ruby component is being displayed on a viewing pane (on the left of the Ruby component). I suppose that the viewing pane is just a module? If if is a module, what are the components inside other than the MGUI & the output module (picts View1 & View2)?

Thanks

Hi Sylvain,

Please find attached a minimal example of what is required to perform drawing in FlowBotics Studio (FBS).

The example is commented and should be self-explanatory, but feel free to reply if you have any other questions about it. Of course, reading the Ruby drawing chapter is the best way to learn more about these features (and lots of experimentation! ).

Sincerely,
