Drawer full indicator litter robot 3 connect

I just got the litter robot 3 connect today and the blue light keep flashing. I reset it and the first time it cycles the blue light will start flashing again even if the drawer is empty.

Welcome back to the forum.

You need to re-calibrate the DFI sensor.

To do so:

  • Remove drawer

  • Place hand just left of center and all the way up until it is hitting the globe

  • Press and hold reset button until it flashes 3x, then release.

I’m also having this issue, exactly as Alucard described but my unit is probably 5 years old by now. I tried what you described 3 times now, the video is no longer up, and it doesn’t resolve the issue.

Sorry to hear about the problem.

Based on your description of the problem, we would recommend that you replace DFI sensor and metal pins and the problem should be solved.

So I bought all the new hardware and the new WIFI motherboard, but now it’s never telling me when it’s full.

The app shows red and 98% full, but the blue light doesn’t blink.

Does something need to be calibrated?

This is really strange. We didn’t have these problems with the new DFI sensors.

Could you send us some photos of the installed sensors?

Maybe something is not properly mounted?

One note, when viewing with the camera you can see the one on the left blinking, but the one on the right does not.
