Dragino LPS8 LoRaWAN Gateway - what is expected range

Hello

Could some one comment on the expected range of Dragino LPS8 Indoor LoRaWAN Gateway.

As I understand, it uses an internal antenna and am wondering about the range.

I also see LPS8N Indoor LoRaWAN Gateway - that has an external antenna (and some more features) but comes at higher price point. I am looking for a better priced 8-ch LoRa gateway (do not need helium) that can offer me a range of 1km. Will Dragino LPS8 Indoor LoRaWAN Gateway do it?

I’ve read it shortly, and as I understood, they are comparing the range of LPS8 with and without antenna.

I think they are mentioning something like 300m without outdoor antenna ans something like 6km with outdoor antenna.

I hope this will help you a little bit.
