Dragino LDS01 LoRaWAN Door Sensor (915 MHz) keep restarting

Hi ,
I bought this Sensor ( **[Dragino LDS01 LoRaWAN Door Sensor (915 MHz)] and after one day of testing the device now keep restarting every time the magnate piece touch the main piece ,
already changed the battery and did the reset but still the same problem …

any idea who to fix this problem or the Sensor is bad ?
