I bought Dr. Robot Sputnik WiFi Mobile Development Platform (w/ Head). I started to charge the robot for 4 hours. The blue light didn’t work during the charging process. Then I disconnected the robot from the charging device and pushed the button to position 1. There was no indication that the robot has a power supply from the batteries. It was not possible to control it. Could you please helpf?

The manufacturer suggests turning on the robot while the battery is being charged.
Can you clarify where this robot was purchased?

I have a connection during the charging procedure. When I unplug the robot from the charging device and set the button to the position 1 there is no light and no motion.

Do you have a multimeter or other method to verify the battery’s voltage?
