Hi. What’s the current smallest tech that would move a doll’s eye in response to sound direction or eye tracking please? I would like to install this in a full size doll head if anything like this is available or simple to put together please?

Yes I’ve seen similar things on Toutube, just would required major doll surgery to install.
I think I might be living in a fantasy land, I was hoping tech had progressed to the point where it was possible to make something no biggeer than than the attached picture - like using a magnetic induction coin cell battery.
