I have a Neato Botvac 80. The diagnostic software written by a user of the Neato (and available for download from the robotreview forum) indicates that my right-front and right-side sensors are not sensing changes in status when the bumper is pressed / released.
Does Robotshop.ca have the ability to replace these sensors? I can find them on ebay, but I’m not mechanically inclined, and my Botvac 80 is still covered by an extended warranty, so I’d prefer the repair be done at a depot.
