Dobot Magician - Communication Issues

I purchased a Dobot Magician and cannot get my computer to see it on ports.

I have tried my Microsoft Surface, windows 10, a lenovo yoga, windows 10, and an older toshiba with windows xp.

I have tried 3 different cables. I have installed Dobot Studio and updated all the sw. Installed the drivers. What else should I be trying?
