I am going to ask about the control board of the dobot robotic arm, is it possible to buy the control board separately from the robot and make own new robot. the problem is that the size of the dobot is smaller than I need. I am going to build a bigger one if possible. Please give me advice about it!

Unfortunately, the Dobot Magician Doesn’t have spare parts so we can sell the control board alone.
However, you can get another controller board like this one to help you build your own robotic arm:
