No programming or robotics expertise is required to operate a PUDU service robot. During deployment, a technician or reseller guides the robot through your venue to build its digital map and assigns delivery points such as tables or zones. After that, you simply select destinations and schedules using the built‑in touchscreen or companion app.
The software interface is designed for non‑technical staff and allows you to adjust routes, call the robot from a station and monitor its status without writing any code. Advanced API integrations or custom behaviours can be developed by your IT team or by PUDU’s integration partners, but day‑to‑day operation is straightforward.
