Dirt Bin Error

My Robot asks me to remove the dirt bin and press the switch, then restart the robot.

After doing this several times it would start to charge but the error keeps coming up within 5 seconds.

Is there a repair I can do or do I need ANOTHER RMA?

Hi,

According to your account, you have not replaced the battery for your robot since 2014. The batteries usually last a year. The error you are experiencing is caused by the robot not detecting the batteries, as they are too low on capacity.

We suggest you to purchase a new pair of batteries and this should fix your problem. You can purchase a pair here.
