DIP switch failing to work

I am using a CC Smart H Bridge 30A driver. I have three other drivers set up in a similar way and they are working.

I have the rotary DIP switch set to ‘2’. This should run PWM and DIR. I seem to get something that looks more like PWM/GND option. The light, rather than flashing twice, flashes seven times. I have tried the DIP in different positions to check. It does not change the situation.

I have also tried a RESET by dropping the ENABLE pin to ground for a few seconds.

There is no documentation in the manual about seven flashes. Is this a faulty board? Is there an easy fix?
