I’m a quadcopter addict, know very little about flying rc aircraft.
However I’m itching to put my APM ardupilot controller and GPS in one of the fixed wing (less destructable?) foam kits.
Are the instruction manuals with complete measurements available?

Do you mean Sonic Modell? robotshop.com/en/sonic-modell.html
If so, the included guide does not include details, especially since it’s intended for FPV rather than autonomous. We ave some in house we can measure if you’d like. They fly incredibly well, even at slow speeds, and offer great value.
A more “indestructible” model would be the RiteWing Drak (Drak Mini soon to be available on RobotShop): robotshop.com/en/ritewing.html
This uses a different type of foam and can withstand many impacts (within reason).
