Diagram of connections

i have a question regarding the Lynxmotion PS2 receiver:

when wiring it using the above picture, it contradicts with the image below:


Looking at the curved corners of the adaptor and the positions of the wires you can see they conflict.
if you wire it as shown in diagram then you will end up with the curved corners of adaptor facing down and then the wiring would mirror that of the picture and not be the same as the wires would be on opposite sides… is this just a small error.

do you have an actual diagram of connections. i feel the photo is wrong and i should follow diagram?

I followed the instructions and it works for my new brat! It also made sense to me.

The first Black/Red wire are for the Brown/Green, then the skipped would be the green which is not used with the lynxmotion The next Black/red would go for the Red/Yellow. Then the Yellow of the first wire would make up the Blue and the yellow of the second wire would make up the black/white and then two unused ones which would have been the NC/Violet

Innerbreed, the first diagram is connecting to the actual receiver and the second diagram is illustrating the mating connector. Think about it… :wink: :unamused:

LOL… Lack of concentration. :blush:

Problem sorted. also changing my remote sorted some other problems iv been having.
