DFRobot HCR Mobile Robot Kit - Product Code : RB-Dfr-324

I have this on order and want to add the 6 URM04 v2.0 Ultrasonic Sensors. It is my understanding that I also need the RS485 Sensor Note v1.0 and the Gravity: IO Expansion Shield for Arduino V7.1. Can you please advise if both are compatible with the Romeo controller shipped with the HCR kit? Thanks.

The RS485 IO expansion lets you easily plug in the sensors.

Both are compatible with the ROMEO.

Thanks for your quick reply. I received kit and have another question on the Romeo controller. There’s link on your site is illustration of schematic and board layout for v1. I received a 1.3 version and was also looking for encoder connections, sample motor code, a product Wiki if available. I did locate this Wiki from DFRobot for v1.1 if you could advise compatible with the shipped 1.3 version.

Is this the version you received? dfrobot.com/wiki/index.php/Romeo_V2-All_in_one_Controller_(R3)_(SKU:DFR0225)

No. I received same version 1.2 (R3) as you sell on your site at this link and only provides board layour/schematic. robotshop.com/en/dfrobot-romeo-v1-all-in-one-microcontroller-atmega-328.html

Here is actual picture of the romeo I received.
