I purchased a used Dexarm that didnt have a power supply. After some research i purchased a 12 vilt 10 amp power supply. All i get is the power button will just blink when i put power to it and turn it on.
Any duggestions would be appreciated.

Have you tried connecting the arm to the PC? Does it appear as a new device? Maybe try to use different USB cable?
