Does the Gravity digital module (RB-Dfr645) connect to a microbit?

Not directly at least. You need a GND connection, VCC (5V) and a spare digital pin which is ideally PWM (if you want different tones).

Your main issue will be connecting the Micro:Bit’s pins to this, sincethe Micro:Bit has a really specific, non-standard connector.
