Hi there, 

TechWeekEurope are running a competition which I helped create and I would like to invite the "Let's Make Robots" community to take part. 

It's office themed but I am sure you guys can come up with some useful office bots! 

How does it work?

You just need to post about a project you would like to build and if you win you get enough budget/components to build it (up to 250£). Your project will also be featured on TechWeekEurope.

More detailed instructions:

  • Post about your project on your blog or on another online platform
  • Include some components from RS Components, since they are sponsoring this competition. For example their development kit range might come in handy. 
  • Let TechWeekEurope know that you've entered by tweeting the link to@TechWeekEurope with the hashtag #OfficeGadget.

how many winners?

is the only one person winning all 250 pounds, og are there more, like one getting full sponsorship and several getting smaller sponsorships?

 because im unsure that I will be able to design the best bot, but i will sure be able to make a good one :smiley:

for this competition there is only one winner that will be winning 250£. There’s only one other entry right now, so I’d say chances are pretty high :)

It can do anything you like, as long as it’s somehow (loosley) connected to life in the office. Check out the twitter hashtag #OfficeGadget for other entries in case you need some inspiration. I am also happy to have a chat about your ideas if you like.

What a great entry! I am a massive Wall-e fan too! I dream that one day I will make one, with his moving eyes reset sequence and everything!
