I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.
Description: The defusable clocks that I have received currently have a power supply that cannot be thru-hole soldered. The holes are not large enough for the power supply tabs to go through the board.

Could you share some pictures of the power supply and the board?
I’m guessing you are referring to this product
This kit requires a common 9V DC power adapter with a 2.1mm center-positive plug. The adapter should be rated for at least 200mA.
The clock can also be powered by batteries. Six AA, C or D cell batteries can be used to provide 9V. C or D cells will provide the longest life. The clock draws about 90mA of current.
V2 boards also have connections to allow you to connect external power.

Yes, that is the product. I will have one of my guys take some photos, but the holes are not big enough to set the power supply as the photograph on your website shows.
These photos should be taken either today or early tomorrow. My guy that is working this has an appointment to take care of.
