Darkpaw with Pi4

Hi!

I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.

Software concerned:

I don’t under stand what and where i’ve to install and to use the software for the Darkpaw.
I want to make it with windows 10.

with a normal program in ssh i can use the camera and the light in GPIO , but i am so bad to use the Darkpaw software , i’m a bloody beginner ( and old ) , so help me please , thanks
