I am interested in the Dagu wild thumper. One is 35:1 and the other is 75:1. Which one is faster and which one has the most torque? Specs are the same on both on the website.

The one with the 34:1 gearbox ratio is faster with lower torque and the 75:1 is slower with higher torque.
