Can anybody tell me what sort of motor driver I’ll need for this. I’m using an mbed microcontroller which runs at 3.3v. Should I use a H-bridge device ? Will I need two, one for each motor ?
You need a dual motor controller capable of providing ~1.5A at ~7.2V. We offer many, many such DC motor controllers. Can you check if the I/O also operate at 3.3V instead of 5V?
