We bought 10 of these Dagu’s - unfortunately, they have a very high rate of failure. Some only lasted a few hours. The gripper and wrist are especially susceptible. We are guessing that the very rough gearing system on the gripper was preventing it from achieving its commanded position. It is too bad, a pre-built arm with controller for this price is extremely appealing.
