Are the servo’s on this kit enough to handle holding a Ultrasonic transducer as well as one of the smaller video cameras such as the 4D Systems microCAM?

Also when it comes to wireless is the XBee a better setup then say the DFRobot RF Modules (pair)? I thought the xbee was 1200bps max where as the RF Modules show 19200 (though I am sure that is range dependent too).

The pan/tilt can handle a small camera, and the ultrasonic as well - the easiest way to add weight is to offset the load to the sides, and have the centers of mass pass through the axis of rotation. The RF modules are great for long-range communication, but are not the easiest to set up. If you’re worried, then the XBees are pretty “plug and play” out of the box.
