Cytron SmartDriveDuo stopped working

have bought and used the Cytron SmartDriveDuo A60: https://www.robotshop.com/de/de/cytron-smartdriveduo-intelligenter-zweikanal-60a-motortreiber.html
to power a motorized Kettcar.
However, it stopped working and I don’t know why. The fans and the power LED are on, but I don’t get any power - also with the test buttons.
Any ideas?
