Customer service

Any opinions on the level of customer service? Like response times to emails or phone calls? I’m talking about non-technical stuff, not questions that are answered in the manual or by searching the forums… I mean customer service issues.

They have always been great for me. I have actually never called them on the phone, but have done email, PM, forum posts and they have always have been very good an answering any questions that I may have.

Call me anytime with problems or concerns. I’m the owner, but I’m very involved with the day to day troubleshooting, so I know if there are problems with anything at all. Phone is good for Monday thru Thursday 8:30 to 5:00 Central time. Emails received from Thursday night to Sunday are seen on Monday and it can take a day or two to respond to everything. Forums posts from the weekend are also read and responded to the following Monday. E-mail is often unreliable due to spam filtration. We wouldn’t be were we are today without providing great service. We try very hard…
