Crazyflie 2.0 Self-Test fails Right out of the box

Dear Madam/Sir,

Just received a crazyflie 2.0 mini Quad copter with its 2.4GHz crazyradio. Before assembling tried to run the self test as its recommended on https://www.bitcraze.io/getting-started-with-the-crazyflie-2-0/. The board keeps failing the test. After reading the bitcraze forum https://forum.bitcraze.io/search.php?keywords=self-test+fails regarding the possible causes of this fail which happen to be manufacturing fault, I would rather request a replacement of my purchase instead of trying to soldering or re soldering the sensors. As we all know starting with a brand new faulty piece of electronics would cause nothing but trouble.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Regards

Abbas

When you try the self-test, can you tell us what happens? Also, please try with a different USB cable as well as a different USB port.
Should a different USB cable / port not work, please contact us via the support center [email protected] with your order or invoice number and a link to this thread and we will look into an exchange.
We apologize for any inconvenience.
