1.I am wondering if the exposure time of the camera can be controlled by Raspberry Pi.
2. What is the power of the camera?

Hi,

The power consumption and function of the ArduCam 1/4" 5 MP Sensor Spy Camera Module is exactly the same as regular Raspberry pi camera.
Therefore, the exposure time can be controlled as normal pi camera.
