I’m having a 2D plan drawing layout and I need it extruding 4 meters in elevation. I need to convert them into 3d. But they are regular lines, so I’m looking for a way to turn them in to poly lines, or should I have to manually re-draw them as splines?

Which software are you using / which software is the 2D plan in? If it’s simply on paper, you’ll need to re-draw it. If it’s already on a CAD program, you can see if that software can do 3D and if not, then can the drawing be exported so you can upload it to a 3D CAD program?
