I am having trouble controlling my L-6 arm wirelessly with the ssc 32 controller and the mini abb bot board. is it possible for me to control the arm using a hitec radio transmitter since i have hitec servos. here is a link for the one i am thinking of, (would it work with this)

And no it doesn’t work very well to control a multi axis arm with a radio like these. Better to use a micro to do the IK math. Then you control the gripper end in 3D space. Up down, etc…
so, IT DOES WORK? right? it will just be hard to control it, right?

It will work, but the radio is limited to controlling servos throw to about 90°. This limitation may prevent reaching the desired position.
