Hello everyone I would like to control a chassis with my phone via Bluetooth can anyone tell me what parts I need and maybe where I can find instructions?

Wireless cars are very popular projects so you will be able to find lots of different tutorials, here’s a few:
You already mentioned you have a chassis so you will need to get a microcontroller (if you are a beginner I suggest Arduino), a Bluetooth module (you can find some options here https://www.robotshop.com/en/bluetooth-data-telemetry.html), and a smartphone or tablet with Bluetooth to control your robot.
