Controlling 24V DC motors

I have two 24V DC motors that need to operate at the same time, but perform independently from one-another (move at different speeds and/or in different directions, for example). I need to be able to record the exact motions of the two motors for a preferable duration of at least 2 minutes, and have the motors play back the exact motion when triggered by a wireless switch. So essentially, I want to press a button and have the two motors playback the previously recorded sequence of motion on their own.

I originally wanted to use two simple PicoVolt controllers (link to the PicoVolt), which have a record button and a direction and speed dial. You simply press the record button and use the dial to control the motor for 80 seconds, then use a trigger button to playback the recording which is stored directly in the controller (these controllers only support one motor each, so I planned on using two and simply wiring the same trigger to both of the controllers). Unfortunately, the PicoVolt is only 12V 3amp max.

Does anyone have any suggestions about simple controllers that can playback the exact motion of a 24V DC motor that isn’t insanely expensive? If not, I really have no idea how to do research on this, so anyone know what this system would be called? Where should I start looking? If I could control them wirelessly from a computer, that would be really cool, too. Thank you so much!

Good day to you,

From what I’ve seen the PicoVolt can use a 9-24 V power supply and will output up to 7.5A continuous or 15A peak.

What exactly is your motors current specifications?

We suggest contacting the frightprops customer services to ask them if they have what you need, it seems like they have a lot of different controllers that includes the record function, they may be able to suggest the right one for your needs.

Sincerely,
