My Robot is flashing a continuous blue light and no longer cycles.
We have tried all of the troubleshooting recommended, to no avail.

If troubleshooting (Litter-Robot III Open Air - Blue Blinking Light) didn’t help then your DFI hardware needs to be replaced.
