My litter robot 3 connect just started throwing over torque faults left and right. I’ve cleaned the entire thing and checked the motor for obstructions. I’ve removed the base and checked for debris in any of the sensors. It has become so bad that it is not usable at this point as I can not trust it while I am gone at work and the company support has not responded. What do I do?

I have seen it. I was unable to get a video before now as I was working. But I do have one now.

If the over torque fault continues despite troubleshooting, we recommend replacing the motor.
