Hi @ohLee and welcome to our forum.
To ArduCAM USB2.0 Camera Shield Plus, you should be able to connect MIPI camera over 22 pins interface.
With 21MP IMX230 camera module, you should have received * 1 x 73 mm 15pin 1 mm to 22pin 0.5 mm pitch FPC cable.

thank you, I bought a 22 pin cable and the usb3 shield is responsive after I rebooted (twice)!
